Clubhouse / Wellness Center / Pool

The private Ladd Landing Clubhouse is a five minute walk from the town center. Tucked away in the woods, this beautiful secluded building and open-air pool are the perfect places to cool down from summer heat, protected from the sun by the surrounding trees. 

Our state-of-the-art wellness center, completed in the Fall of 2013, hosts all the exercise equipment you need to stay healthy and fit.

Open to residents of Ladd Landing, the pool and clubhouse have ample parking.  The pool is open from May 31st to September 22nd. 

The clubhouse is now available for rental.  See attachment below for fees and procedures on how to reserve and  rent the clubhouse for activities or meetings.
